I like that we can use it in house as well as out of house, they support us very quickly when needed which makes me happy. The best thing about liknolms was that it had everything you needed to make your own courses, such as quizzes or surveys for learning management! It also has an easy-to use interface which makes creating content really simple - I would say this could be improved by adding more templates but other than that there are no downsides at all with using likeknols services (which include training!).
