Exactly what I was looking for!

This is exactly what is advertised. Instead of keeping it on a tripod, I got this adapter to connect an iPad teleprompter to a light stand.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • I have no dislikes for this, everything is fine

Necessary adapter needed for filmers.

Nicely made adapter for light stands and other things that use threaded attachment. When tightening with the thumb, the threads can be too long, but that's not a problem. Can be useful with a spring to hold the handle more securely. In general a good thing, came in a nice box that surprised me.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons

Not as described for camera mounts

This "Adapter - 5/8" bolt to 1/4-20" thread is not as described or may be missing a part of another brand's quick adapter , which has a 1/4" part it works (as shown in the photo) and this brand's adapter doesn't. If you try to convert it you hit this adapter, it's obviously the same size and pointless .I would like to add that it's cheaply made although I wouldn't mind if it worked for me.I just need an adapter!Anyway I returned it.

Pros
  • 1 year trial period
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Well-made adapter for lamp stands and other things that are attached with a thread. When tightening with the thumb, the threads can be too long, but that's not a problem. Can be useful with a spring to hold the handle more securely. In general a good thing, came in a nice box that surprised me.

Inexpensive but usable with flash accessory

Bought these to replace the Manfrotto version which I already have on a number of flashlights. They are cheaper but not as well made. The handles/bolts are very light - even the lock nut is tiny - and they don't fit smoothly on my baby stand (standard 5/8" post). They're good for lights you won't be using. very often or for specific rigs, but don't use them for something that can do a lot of good, you'll regret it.

Pros
  • Pleased
Cons
  • Clarity

Not as described in Flash Accessories

This "Adapter - 5/8" Stud to 1/4-20" Thread" is not as described or a part may be missing. I have another brand of quick adapter that has a 1/4" part that it will work with (as shown in the photo) and this brand does not. When I compare the light stand to the 5/8" bolt I'm trying to convert flush with this adapter, it's obviously the same size and pointless. Also, I might add that it's cheap, although I wouldn't mind if it worked for me. I just need an adapter! Anyway, I returned it.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Faulty
