I bought this adapter for a portable green screen 5 x 7 inch on a light stand. It's made of solid materials, easy to install, and grips my green screen with ease. I've left it on for days (and weeks) and it holds up the green screen just fine. I like this adapter very much and I can recommend it.

Cropping a green screen like in the Fancierstudio does not mean that it is completely stable on a Fovitec stand. If you hit the screen in a small space, it will fall out of position. Overall I was happy with my results and have shared a clip from my Twitch broadcast to show you how well the screen is holding up.

Companies that sell collapsible backgrounds also include coasters. Key to the system is the little clip that holds the stand's backdrop, as the stands they include get the job done but are a little flimsy and are one trick ponies. I prefer these adapter clips so I can use my existing stands if I want without having to carry around a dedicated backdrop stand. Relatively cheap but still at $6 I was expecting it to be a bit more durable. To be clear, not only did it break and I can still use it as is, but the aluminum body is a bit flimsy. When I first put it on the stand and tightened it loosened the threads in the screw hole. This simple and inexpensive reflector clamp is perfect for my job of photographing newborns. I used to have to lean the reflector against the rattle when photographing a baby, but that was always unreliable and easily tipped over. What you see is what you get with this item. It looks just like the product photos. When I first opened and inspected the product, I was initially concerned that the wider rim of my 5-in-1 reflector would be too bulky for the clip to properly grab. The clip does a great job and stays on my reflector. I took it outside and into the wind to really test it and the reflector was fine, although the stand continued to deflate.
