Dangerous Goggles for Welding Workers

The goggles are not sealed well enough to protect from welding fumes. However, the goggles are light and fit well over regular prescription glasses, making them a comfortable option for short periods of welding. Industrial and Scientific workers beware - I would not recommend these goggles for prolonged or heavy-duty use.

Pros
  • Durable and impact-resistant
Cons
  • Prone to scratches and scuff marks

no where is almost right.

First, the photo is misleading. This shows that the outer lens and inner lens are coming together, which is not true. Second, the wrong size of the outer lenses. Presumably this is the right size for my hood, but I'd say it's 1/8" out.

Pros
  • Tough and durable to protect more expensive tinted lenses from splashes that will corrode glass on contact.
Cons
  • Unsure.

  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance
