I had major neck and spine surgery and couldn't find a comfortable pillow before this one! I love it! No more curling in some places and flattening out in others to find a comfortable position for my newly fused spine. It's perfect whether I'm lying on my back or on my side. I really love it!

I used to wake up with neck pain a lot and have tried different levels of pillow softness but never tried a contoured pillow. I wasn't sure if I would like it but to be honest this is now my favorite pillow. I can feel it wrap around my neck when I lie down and I'm comfortable lying on my back AND on my side. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't found their right pillow yet. Give it a chance!

This pillow is sold in 20 x 26 but it is actually 16 x 25 and the label on the pillow shows the correct dimensions. My order also arrived with a couple of hooks in the lid and wasn't vacuum sealed, the inner bag was sealed with a zip tie and clear tape so it was clearly previously used or at least opened and sent back. It's a lot bigger than my original hard memory foam pillow, which would be great, but I'm not sure if this is a hard memory foam pillow. So many memory foam products have suffered from shrinkage that the industry has started putting memory foam on a strong foam backing that never stops cracking.
