CHEAP - bad firmware, other problems.

Why are they so expensive when it's obvious they can only be used for one night? Max 2. Very sad because my kid loves to live in the costumes they get. He has recently started playing Zelda games and LOVES playing Link (we also bought him a sword and shield - sold separately :( ) but unfortunately the stitching on them is TERRIBLE! The material is cheap and flimsy and not fit to actually be worn in October in the Midwest The suit didn't fit either.Actually had to send it back and was lucky to…

Dear GARBAGE - dress up and pretend to play

As a mom looking for a Link costume, I understand the price and options are low. He looks like Link, but a gray long-sleeved shirt under a green one can be just as eye-catching. The suit is made of very thin material. Looks like a suit from a dollar store. Green "felt" looks incredibly cheap. Your local Wal-M*** has cheaper suits that are better made. The Velcro on the strap is already coming off - something other reviewers have also complained about. I don't feel like I have to sew the seams…

recognizable, but the size is small.

My son is obsessed with Zelda and loved Link for Halloween. I thought it was a bit overpriced when ordering, but it looked worth it from the picture. sad to see it was really thin fabric (typical Halloween costume fabric) but I could handle it. My son usually wears size 10 clothes and I thought I'd play it safe by getting him an XL (size 14-16). was very tight and he could only wear a thin t-shirt underneath. Luckily we had a warm Halloween week. I was hoping he could play with the suit for a…

Dress up and role play

I bought the X-Large for my 9 year old (almost 10 year old). He is of average height, around 80 pounds. he fits This suit doesn't have much room (it slims) and doesn't stretch as much. The arms are a little long, but that's tolerable. I was hoping it would be a bit more spacious as we live in the Midwest and Halloween is often cold (sometimes snowy). The overshoes are also a bit longer than his legs (he wears baby 4) but I was worried that if we ordered a size smaller it wouldn't fit. I don't…

Fair to good suit, especially for the price.

The green part of the tunic and hat is made from coarse felt or super thin textured fleece, feels cheap but looks good and looks more like a real tunic than your typical satin attire. Materials are used a lot, my only complaint about this part is if you have pets everything sticks to it. So have a lint roller ready. The cream necklines/sleeves and blue 'cuffs' are typical smooth material for a polyester suit, while the 'bracers' are nothing more than a plain blue sleeve. The whole is sewn…

Adorable bodysuit for Link and Zelda fans - order two sizes up!

Omigosh is cute but runs small! I would return and exchange for a size XL (14-16) if I had time for a child who normally wears size 8-10 shirts. There is another "Wood Elf" costume that looks very similar on the packaging but is in reality very different in materials. We searched for this Link costume around town but only Wood Elf was available and we chose the size based on trying one of these at another store. It was shinier and stretchier, had more nylon, was a size 8 and felt a bit looser…
