The ease of use is really great - I can easily set up my own number, have voicemail transcribed to text messages, etc., all through our web portal at HQ! It's also nice that we don't need any additional hardware or software (we're using it with Google Voice). One thing they could improve would be if there were more options in terms of how many numbers you are able to manage simultaneously within one account; this limits us from managing larger call centers because not everyone needs as muchβ¦
