Nice but no frills.

Beautiful thing, very rich color, but not functional without packaging! NO rotation. I wanted a spinning lazy susan, not a round board. Luckily it was a prime purchase so I sent it back straight away for free as "defective, doesn't work".

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Nothing

Very disappointing!

Compressed, thereby the ball bearings are pressed into the tree below and leave dents. As a result, it does not turn round, since ball bearings now cling to the dents. The packaging is not enough for protection, the manufacturer must put the packaging between the turntable and the base.

Pros
  • also understandable for the old ones
Cons
  • Without insurance

PHOTOS OF THE NEW ROLLER I HAVE INSTALLED. The turntable mechanism was almost completely useless, the rusty bearings rolled on the wood and were too small in diameter for a turntable of this size, I bought this from Revain (1000lbs, 12 Susan Lazy bearings, 5/16 thick platter bearings, VXB brand) - installed now, it's flat, looks great and rolls 100x better, and I still saved half a buck because the wood is so good it's worth just installing the right casters or about to pay 60 dollars.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I have doubts

We only use this for the game board (Scrabble) so for that limited use it's fine. As many have noted, Lazy Susan has horrible rotation (in fact, when I spin the disc ALL of the Lazy Susan slides across the table). So it's not slim, functional or quiet. In general I would say that this is due to a very poor design. The wood does not have a clear protective coating so I would not recommend it for a dining table or kitchen. Most likely, it will get dirty forever, leaving stains from the rings. If…

Pros
  • Like everyone else
Cons
  • for a long time

Makes a loud noise when spinning

First of all, the acacia wood on this Lazy Susan is absolutely beautiful! It's smooth, soft to the touch and the colors are wonderful. It's also a huge 18-inch round, which I really liked too, and the price was very reasonable. But that's all I can say good about him. When you rotate the player, it makes a very loud noise and grinding noise, and it seems to be off-center when rotating, with little wobble. I decided it wasn't worth my time and money to try to fix something on it and sent it…

  • Regular Price

Good solid wood circle

I bought this to use as a Tulip Base Saarinen snack/end table replacement in my kitchen - it's as perfect as I can get ready for a reasonable price. As for the "lazy Susan" aspect, it seems pretty well done and should serve that purpose well. As most people have pointed out, putting very heavy objects on it can be risky since the race is in direct contact with the wood. But the surface is big enough, smooth and flat, just over 18 inches in diameter, including the bulge of the rounded edge…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • too silly

This is THEFT. Look no further, you have found your lazy Susan

So I bought them for my office. Since I work from home, I also use my office as an extra guest room with a futon. I use the monitor as a backup and just open it up to Netflix and while talking about getting a TV for this spare room I had a brilliant idea. why? Why not spend $10-$15 on a Lazy Susan instead of $100+ on a TV which I personally don't need there anyway? Let me tell you it's MUCH bigger than I thought (for some reason I thought it was smaller and not 18 inches.) 1. It feels STRONG…

Pros
  • . Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Defects

Nice wooden table top but bearing set is junk.

I bought this lazy Susan because I liked the 18 inch size. I liked the look and quality of the wood countertop. The whole block slides across the table instead of rotating. The other thing is that even though the table top is 18 inches in diameter, the base that supports it is 8 inches in diameter, which means that if you place anything over a pound near the perimeter of the top , the entire assembly falls over. I disassembled the base at the top and found to my horror that there were 6 ball…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • A nuisance
