I bought this drawer organizer from Revain inventory to ensure the like new warranty would live up to what it promised. The organizer arrived visibly broken into a dozen pieces. I can't believe even a robot could send this to me.

I love how it looks and works HOWEVER I would like to believe the review I read as when I only opened it slightly , the wood fell apart! So disappointed. A brand new item falls apart instantly. If you like bonding, buy it, if not, don't.

I was trying to put it in a box and it literally fell into my hands. Such a shame! The cork is beautiful, the dividers are beautiful. but don't buy anything you can't even hold lest it fall apart. Also, in case you're wondering, I don't mean that the three parts are separated so they can't expand. I mean partitions, walls and anything that has _fallen apart_. I threw away the PARTS of the tree, not the divider sections.

I'd actually give it 4 ½. The cork bottom in sections is a great addition that keeps everything in place and fits my custom sized drawer almost perfectly. But as another reviewer noted, when I pull the drawer out, the expandable section closes and falls onto the cutlery in that section. I'm sure I can design some kind of stopper, but it would be nice if the manufacturer made a locking mechanism to hold the device in the extended state.

As other reviewers have noted, this is a very, very flimsy item. Everything almost fell apart (i.e. dividers falling out, different parts separating from other parts) when I removed the packaging. When I first used the extensions, tiny (almost useless) nails popped out. I had to use wood glue to have any hope of using this thing. Very frustrating because it could have been a decent item if it was made to at least minimal quality but unfortunately that is not the case. I got a very good price…
