Basic Cat6 patch panel, all I needed and nothing more. This patch panel also works well at 10G Base-T speeds with little to no packet loss (the channels run about 50 feet through office walls, so that's probably what's messing up the packets). This patch panel was exactly what I needed to upgrade my office network from 8x 100Mbps uplinks to the data center and 96x 10Mbps connections to the desktops to 12x 10Gbps to the data center and 192x 1Gb /s to systems in the office (many spare old…

Wall mounted for home use

Excellent product. So for home use I surface mounted it with 4 spacers. #14 bolts and some 1/4" ID steel brake hoses (slightly flared at each end) worked great. I used TRENDnet's punch tool, rotated the plate over the shortcut and installed it with spacers making it strong and easy to punch Disconnect all connections then flip it back and install Super durable and looks great Much better than the modular keystone jacks it replaced I agree with the comment that there isn't much room to label…

I am happy with it and will use it again. I had to punch two of my cables twice because they failed the cleanliness test the first time, but I owe it to working in tight spaces in my network closet and I don't have the best punching tool in the world. There's a bit of tension behind that if you want to pocket all 12 jacks, but it's doable.
