Excellent product. So for home use I surface mounted it with 4 spacers. #14 bolts and some 1/4" ID steel brake hoses (slightly flared at each end) worked great. I used TRENDnet's punch tool, rotated the plate over the shortcut and installed it with spacers making it strong and easy to punch Disconnect all connections then flip it back and install Super durable and looks great Much better than the modular keystone jacks it replaced I agree with the comment that there isn't much room to label there is, but each port is numbered so it's easy to make a diagram next to the one you'll find on the circuit breaker plate. If the manufacturer had included washers and screws, they might make surface mounting easier.
