LitraTorch 2.0 Premium Waterproof LED Light for On-Camera Photography and Video Review

I love this little flashlight. So powerful and compact. Easy to wear and position. I never go anywhere without a camera. The perfect couple.

This is a great product in terms of compact size, decent brightness and decent battery life. However, this thing overheats and turns itself off after 5-8 minutes, which doesn't make much sense.

I haven't had a chance to test the battery life yet, but I can tell you it's bright enough and seems built to last. This is a pretty solid case with built in heatsinks. The supplied mounting shoe is a bit clumsy, but serves its purpose.

Batteries don't last long and heat up, which is to be expected with such a small device with a lot of light. The charging cover is not perfect. Worst of all, all the gel filter frames broke after a few uses - is there a way to get stronger ones?

I like that it is small and portable. However, the third setting, which is the brightest light, makes this item very hot and I burned my fingers touching it. The third setting lasts only 20 minutes, after which it dies off. You can't charge it and use it at the same time either, so that's a disappointment. I still use it every day for my Zoom meetings, but I wish it lasted longer.

Arrived well packaged. It looks solid, you can change the lighting level as you like, the kit includes a diffuser and a Go Pro mount. I haven't tested battery life and water resistance up to 60 feet at the moment. Just a little disappointed because when I placed my order it was $89.93 and a few minutes later the seller reduced the purchase price to $85. It sounds like a trifle, but in principle I didn't like it.

I like styling my scope, so something that's compact and has a constant run time works for me. This light is small enough not to disturb my clear shots, nor to create overexposure. I would recommend this light to anyone. I currently own two. The versatility is incredible, I attach it to a Joby tripod and it literally hangs on everything.

It was too hot to touch and hold for a maximum of an hour, it flashed red, and shortly afterwards it switched off. Loaded up and will test again. I bulbs that run at high wattage and a little more stay cool and last for hours on a single charge. Plus it's a great little light.

I used this light as a small backlight. It works well for hairlines and tattoo lighting. I attach the flashlight to a small 3k joby pod that allows me to hold the flashlight in my hand or mount it somewhere hidden. The LitraTorch is bright, but sometimes I feel like the light itself is a bit dim. It's hard to describe, but it illuminates scenes just like an LED light. I wouldn't recommend it as the only light, but rather as an extra light for photos. I can't speak to its usefulness for videos…
