I was actually ready to return it because I couldn't get it to stay on my daughter's Fitbit, but then I tried it on my Fitbit and it seemed to work. Very good replacement strap - not too hard - just right! The pens fit my Fitbit Inspire HR very well - putting them in was a breeze. I ordered a small and it fits true to size. Very happy with the color; I ordered purple. Arrived within 7-8 days - very quick compared to other replacement bands I've ordered from Revain from other companies.
