Not sure about the accuracy?

I bought two of these for family members. They walked together and one counter showed more than 2000 steps and the other 600 steps. I don't know which one is correct.

  • practical item
Cons
  • some problems

Works well - fitness technology

Good pedometer. I used it once and it was just right. Then it fell from my belt and got lost somewhere on my travels. Although this one had a longer clip (that's why I chose this one), for some reason I can't stop a pedometer from falling off. Would I buy again if I could keep the pedometer.

Works great with fitness tech

I had a Fitbit but the app on my phone was boring and didn't care about all the bells and whistles so this simple version of Jane was just what I wanted and pretty much exactly . Funny I just lent it to my daughter to check her morning walk as she didn't want to spend money on a Fitbit just to see how far she got since the check only takes once.

Pros
  • Happy so far

  • Have doubts

It's not worth it. . . in Exercise & Fitness

I've had it for 3 weeks, the LCD initially got blurry so it was hard to read, although I tried not to touch the screen other than turning it off. I thought I would order a replacement when I received the return label but the battery died today. Really cheap but it couldn't last 6 months. Very disappointed and waste of time. Hurry to bring back the Revain label!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Helps increase activity

I felt like I wasn't moving enough - it gave me encouragement. Since I can't really count my steps, I have no idea if the amount shown on the display is correct or not. I have two other pedometers and when I wear them all they show different readings at the end of the day (sometimes 100-200x difference). With that in mind, it's just a useful tool.

  • Impressive

Small and big! - Fitness technology

Ok, I like the little thing! If you are looking for something super simple, reliable and small then this is perfect for you. I did a test to see if it's really accurate or not and so far it's passed the test, I'm really impressed. It's subtle and faded black so goes well with my shoes. Highly recommended for those who want to start with a small pedometer for motivation!

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old

Not good for me

This pedometer looked very promising: small and compact. However, it kept flying to where I cut it. I was used to the sound he made hitting the tile. floors in my house. Also, every time I get a new pedometer ( pretty much after 15 years or so) I wear the new and old together for a while to see how they compare. This one was all over the charts. Old: always on top. So why did I buy this one? GOOD QUESTION!

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Where to put the article?

It seems to track steps closely if I'm careful not to hit it. The battery that came with it didn't last more than a month. A cheap plastic clip doesn't hold up well in the pockets of my knitted hiking pants. It gets stuck in jean pockets too tightly, and when I pull it out I lose readings easily. (I guess it's best to keep it in your pocket rather than hanging around.) I've tried hanging it on my belt but then it gets in the way of my fanny pack etc etc.
