So I didn't find all the reviews here really helpful, so here's a detailed test report. I was afraid it would affect visibility but it doesn't, it still looks good. This watch protector is very easy to install. I haven't watched the video (typical guy)...it's only one way, you can't screw it up! It doesn't cling to the screen like you're probably used to from your phone, it just sits right above it. I haven't noticed any loss in touchscreen sensitivity since I put it on.
