This watch protector is very easy to install. I haven't watched the video (typical guy)...it's only one way, you can't screw it up! It doesn't cling to the screen like you're probably used to from your phone, it just sits right above it. I haven't noticed any loss in touchscreen sensitivity since I put it on. What I've seen is crown interference. The bore is slightly off-centre, causing the crown to rub against the plastic and making it almost impossible to turn safely. There are 2 packages and both had the same problem. They're probably still within acceptable limits and you may end up finding one that's okay. It's not that important. I still gave 4 stars because all I had to do was use some sandpaper and widen the hole a bit. The video shows that the crown is now spinning freely, as if there were no protector, and everything is fine with the world!
