Well packaged and all in box. This is a nice little facility. I'm very glad it's black, lighter colors are dirty. The functionality is very good, but the instructions say you have to turn it to medium after melting the wax. It should be around 3/4 of maximum or mid-high as it has become too viscous and cold to hear mid-range. But overall I am very happy with the device. In general, I'm willing to grow myself and clients. Buy extra sticks. there aren't that many of them.

The wax balls smelled old but I continued. Followed the instructions, said to set it to 100. Lol no 100. It says off, on, medium or high. Wax melts well on the medium. Good wax warmer. I had to play around with this to find the ideal temperature for epilation. I thought, as you can see in the picture, first heat the wax balls to maximum temperature, then reduce the temperature to about 75 percent, which is almost halfway between medium and high. I would give it a 5 if there was a real setting that said "wax" temp like my friend's model. I was very impressed by this article. It heats up much faster than my other heating pad. My old heater took about 45 minutes to melt the hard wax and it was inconsistent. This warmer is great as it only takes 10-15 minutes for the wax to melt and once it reaches your desired consistency it will hold the temperature you have set.
