These candles are so versatile. Place them anywhere, e.g. on the mantel, on the altar, in the bedroom, on the dining table, in the dresser, etc. I used them for Christmas (the ones I have with colored lights) but can use them every day. Also great to give as a gift. Friends who came always praised me for these candles. What a great purchase!

Good candles. Looks and feels like wax. You have 12 colors and multiple settings. Timer for 4 and 8 hours. You can also choose Flash, Strobe, Fade or Dither. I don't know how long the batteries will last, but I use a copper plate! The candles are currently in my bathroom. Just the right amount of light without turning on overhead lights or blinding yourself. The price is perfect!

Last season we used indoor candles outside. They lasted the whole season, but this year I decided to "switch" to these outdoor candles. We really liked the remote and the colors looked great. Unfortunately, out of six candles (2 sets), only 2 still work. After 2 weeks, the remaining 4 stopped working. Batteries changed, batteries replaced in the remote control. Nothing.
