This new lamp has so far about 40 hours. Right off the bat I could tell it's not as bright as the new OEM bulb, but it's close. Good news, it works fine, the standard lamp flickering is gone. I worked on high for about 25 hours and then switched to low. As long as there is no flickering, the picture quality is excellent. We'll see how long it lasts, but if I can get 1000-1500 flicker-free hours with it then I think it's good value for money.

Excellent lamp, worked with my SONY VPL-HW65Es projector. I couldn't tell the difference between the hallmark and this one. I immediately ordered a second one as a replacement.

I installed this 17 months ago. The original lamp lasted 2.5 years. I had to change the bulb yesterday. The total hour count is just over 1600 hours so I estimate this lamp lasted less than 800 hours. Probably less than the original lamp, but also half the price. I'll probably next time buy a twice the price Philips bulb and see if it lasts twice as long or longer. Save yourself the hassle of removing your projector for replacement.

I don't leave many reviews but I ordered one of these 6 months ago and it still works so I've ordered another one. I'm not sure if this is the best lamp, but I don't know of a better one. Plus it's a great deal.

Excellent lamp! I needed a new one for my Sony projector. The seller I bought the projector from charged almost $300 for an OEM part replacement. I was skeptical because of the price but figured if it lasted a few months it would be worth it compared to the full price. Four months still working like a champ.
