16 items out of 200 are broken

I have just opened my order of lobster clasps and 16 out of 200 of them are broken. I am very disappointed and would like a replacement or partial refund.

Super shiny carabiners

They are exactly what I wanted but be careful when opening the packaging; mine weren't in a separate bag from the transport bag. Also, I'm happy to use them!
