Worked great until it broke. All of a sudden it started opening no matter what the combo was set to, then closed and wouldn't open again with the combo set. It's too late to return. Two stars for durability as I had to smash it with a hammer.

I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Well made - seems solid - easy to use and provides the security I was looking for. It won't withstand a pry bar or sledgehammer, but that's not necessary for a desktop/office use. Highly recommended!

One of the digital watch faces stuck after a few weeks of use. It's a hassle to get this dial to turn, especially since you have to press the IN dial and then ROTATE at the same time. I also love that secure filing cabinet. I use it to keep my medicinal herbs and supplies safe.

Just received a basket with unzipped and configured files. So far I'm happy with my choice of this file. It seems well made for its purpose. An interesting feature is that you can only open the large bottom drawer when the top drawer is open. Therefore, placing the file on the edge of a table or table will help avoid the file tipping over if the bottom drawer is large.

This smaller filing cabinet/briefcase is made from durable ABS plastic. The drawers are stable and all 4 drawers can be locked with a twist lock. It can hold a lot of paperwork and small things. Supplied with labels and pen holder on the side. A small problem is that the first draw has to be opened to unlock the others. You are locked by default even if the correct passcode is present until the first top draw is opened. Overall this is a good product and does its job well. highlighted.

Love the size and perfect for protecting letter sized paper. This worked just fine for a few days, but yesterday I couldn't fully close the top drawer without clicking on it. All the numbers were aligned with the secret code and nothing else bothered it so I forced it and then no combination I tried to open it again worked. My husband just picked it but now of course the lock is completely broken. I think it's a good product but the lock felt a little buggy.

The picture with the lock in the instructions (for setting the code) is initially upside down. After you successfully break your nails trying to set the code, the drawers will not open. Or they only open from below. Or only the upper one opens. Then reset the code, same thing but this time the top drawer will open if only 3 digits of the code are correct and one is not. Then you line up all the numbers and . Zippa! Nothing opens anymore. It's not something you'll want to use on a daily basis…

We have young children in the home who have several prescription medications, we also take supplements daily and enjoy essential oils for a variety of purposes.
