Each unit comes with a unique 4 digit key/lock code, they are NOT all encrypted as I would expect from a typical basic universal model like this. It's not good or bad, it's just weird. Now we need to track the key numbers of half a dozen of the devices we bought. Very good fit for 2019 10.2 inch iPad with custom pad. When closed, the frame has enough clearance to pull the power cord in any direction.

I installed this in my cabin so I can stream movies on our iPad TV. This works great so my guests can access high speed streaming and I can keep my iPad!

The case is solid and fairly easy to install, but without looking, I installed it before realizing it offered access to the iPad's home button. I've never had a case/mount where a home button was available and no element was blocking access. If there is a way to block access to the home button with this mount, I didn't get it.

This is a very affordable wall mount. The construction is solid but the lock and key are incredibly difficult to use and broke after two weeks of use (twice a day). Extremely disappointing considering the cost. I tried to return it and it is not possible to return it. Don't waste money.

The only problem I have with this case is that I can't turn my iPad on and off every day without unlocking it. There are some cutouts around the edges, but they don't match the buttons on the iPad. It doesn't seem well thought out when it was designed, maybe it's actually for Samsung.

Used to host an iPad in a production environment. Decent looks and durability. My complaint: VESA templates are NOT threaded. Your wall mount is probably unthreaded as well. This means that you fasten with nuts and bolts, which significantly affects the ease of assembly and the cleanliness of the work.
