I bought two of these and someone installed them for me. The first lasted almost an hour but then he realized what the problem was and the second lasted 20 minutes. Bottom line, they look great, beautiful and bright. Use someone who has already installed ceiling lights!

We bought this light to replace an outdated ceiling fan. I thought it looked better than the chest light. Actually looks so good we got a second one for another room. Goodbye ceiling fans, hello style. We shouldn't have waited so long for the update!

I like the way it looks in my kitchen but be aware it only needs small bulbs. type of candelabra. You can use a 20w halogen bulb which is equivalent to 100w to get enough light. I don't think you can spend more than 20 watts in this light. Like I said, nice, but not as strong as it seems

These lights look great, but I immediately hated two things. #1 was a small ball screw to attach the fixture to the ceiling board. My fingers play with these tiny details. #2 - Lamp type is Base B, that is a screw with end light on the base. This requires a lamp up to 60 watts, but I don't have any B-base bulbs, so I will buy different lamps than the ones I have now. That means a trip to the hardware store and additional costs.
