Will not fit pot handle

Don't waste your money. The photo of my blue pen holder definitely doesn't look like the Amazon screenshot of where they're supposed to look like. I don't have a bulge, it's flat and doesn't even stick to pans. Not what I expected, not what is shown in the Revain photo. This misses the mark and is a mismatch.

Doesn't fit a 10 " Lodge pan very well

What a great idea and what a great product. It fits so loosely on the metal bar on the handle that I can't. I don't think it holds the metal tongue well enough to rely on a hot, heavy, filled Lodge pan without slipping. I'm sure it's very easy to clean, but that's not a good reason to keep it. I gave it away

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not automatic

Glides easily. suitable for kitchen and dining room

The problem with this product is not the quality but the design. If your pan is well seasoned and fairly slippery, the silicone won't have much to snag on. With the long handle this isn't that much of a problem as the surface compensates for traction. This particular product simply cannot cover enough surface area to provide a safe grip space.

Can't recommend Best Potholders

Sorry I can't recommend this product. We bought these cast iron skillets at our lodge and thought they would be a great addition. Also, the Lodge products are great! How could it not be? The second time we used them we saw that the bottom had deteriorated and almost broke. It should be clear that this hasn't been exposed to flame, but the heat should be enough to melt the rubber. Do they make it easy to grab a hot pan? Absolutely! But will they melt and cause danger? Yes. I would buy a good…

Absolutely normal. It could be better.

I was looking for a handle bracket for my large cast iron pan so that I could easily lift the heavy cast iron pan with both hands. It works out. BUT, it could be much better. My main issue is that it's loose (probably can be used with different handles) and doesn't always stay in place when cooking and moving the pan. My solution is to leave it aside and only carry it when I need to lift it with both hands. I believe there is a solution to this problem if anyone wants to make a superior…

Okay, but there are things I don't like

Only this holder suits me. I usually like everything Lodge makes. This is the only cast iron I will buy. I recently bought a couple of large pans and a large wok and needed something to help me support the pans on the other side of the handle. I found and bought this little silicone helper thinking it would be the best thing since sliced bread. Not really. They're fine and I haven't thrown them away (I bought a few). The reason they are the only ones that fit me is this: - The silicone is not…
