I may have gotten a bad one out of the lot. Started to rust after two months. I have used the soap dish several times during this time. I have a mild soap that I usually use.

Pretty to look at and easy to clean. Suitable for most soap bars. But not quite suitable for really big soap bars like Duke Cannon Soap Bricks. But there were 4 more soaps of different brands.

Very good soap dish. I've tried others that are either rusted or don't look as good as the pictures but this one has neither. It looks a lot more expensive than the price would suggest and after six weeks in the shower it doesn't show a hint of rust. Very happy with this purchase.

I am deducting three stars for the following reasons: Price - this item is overpriced and you can purchase better cookware at a lower price. Quality - The workmanship of the ceramic/porcelain dishes leaves a lot to be desired. with pits, blisters and uneven surface. Construction - The steel surface on which the soap bar sits is flat and has wide slats. This makes it difficult for moisture to drain off and the soap always sticks. It is difficult to clean.

Nice that such a soap dish exists. Prevents soap from soaking and sticking. If there's ANYTHING I hate, it's a wet, slimy, soft, half-dissolved bar of soap. Plenty of room for a medium sized bar of soap. The stainless steel paneling is removable and easy to clean. I love this soap box. I've been looking for a long time until I found it. Good design. A good product. Good price . Arrived in two days with Prime as promised. I'm very satisfied.

I ordered this product because I saw somewhere that it was rated the best soap dish. It's okay, but nothing exceptional. The main problem with the product is that the metal sticks are wide enough for the soap to stick to as it dries, which causes two problems. the other to peel off the soap instead of picking it up with one hand.
