Some pros:
Lots of buttons, joysticks, etc. The kit comes with a deck with a bunch of buttons, almost all the control of equipment can be transferred to it.
Has cons:
Build quality is so-so. Creaks, there are backlashes. The pedals are terrible. The steering wheel has a dead zone of about 10 degrees.
