Qualified Recommendation

I haven't used a mechanical keyboard in a long time, but because of the hype surrounding its ease of use, I decided to give it another try. It took me a few weeks to get used to the feel and the noise. Keyboards of this nature and to be honest I wanted to return it after a week (it just felt so "old school" to me) but I decided to put up with it and I liked it better with the keyboard. I like the keyboard backlight (although the different backlight options are just a gimmick for me). The only…

Pros
  • Choose red, blue or brown switches for proper volume and tactile feedback.
Cons
  • Short Manual

Good choice (with this keyboard for PC on Mac)

Seems well made and while I like the backlight I don't like the art on the keys (they're like stenciled font). I wanted a mechanical keyboard so I bought brown tactile switches; I love the feel and the action. While there is a noticeable "click", which doesn't bother me, if you're looking for absolutely silent keys, this isn't the case. I needed a USB connection and it works fine on my iMac; The backlight even turns off automatically after I put the computer to sleep. I've remapped the function

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Almost OK
