Product stopped working in less than 2 months

Should have a longer return window depending on how expensive it is. Bought for work. Pretty useless as it stopped working in less than a couple of months.

Pros
  • understandable even for the elderly
Cons
  • infuriates

Works with my Roland V4EX mixer

Finally I can use zoom, it doesn't seem to affect the black levels like some other settings might. I had to reboot to see this and the audio is coming from the mixer via HDMI as well. Expensive but these are C19 times so it seems more relevant to be a transmitter now.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Finicky audio in chargers and adapters

I've had inconsistent results with embedded audio on my HDMI sources. Some worked. Some didn't. I tried for a week and gave up. I wanted to return it and found that I had closed the return window. AAAAAAA! Now I'm stuck with a $300 device I don't trust. I was wondering if there is a way to contact Revain for an extension of the return period.

Pros
  • Slightly above
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Don't buy Logitech Screen Share if you use Zoom

This doesn't work. I've tried this with two computers (win 7 and win 10) and at first it will work and then it won't and can't recover from cool down or whatever. I bought it because Logitech cameras always work and it was a big disappointment. There are no drivers for it, so the problem is not with the drivers. This product does not work on Zoom - do not buy for this platform! I would give zero stars, but I can't.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons

Work for something, not for others.

Good for PC screen capture. But otherwise I haven't noticed anything. Wouldn't share my PS4 screen, PSTV, Retro Tink and various other gaming devices. While trying to connect Roku I may have figured out why. It doesn't seem to support HDCP.3 asterisks as it does NOT work for desktop hardware related desktop sharing which is better than software screen sharing. But at its price, the limited functionality is ridiculous.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Negative is available

Works in ZoomRooms but uses no additional software

We've used Logitech Screenshare and Magewell (gold standard, just works but beware of fakes) with ZoomRooms successfully. The first Logitech we tried was "shaky" and we tried downloading additional software - NOT. It's poorly explained and seems to work as a way to share the screen WITHOUT using ZoomRooms or other software/services, but don't use it in combination! After a bit of back and forth, completely uninstalled and updated, everything worked. After that we installed 4 more and there were

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • boring packaging
