Longdex 2pcs 11 Inch 24-Pin to 8-Pin 18AWG ATX PSU Power Supply Adapter Cable: Enhanced Motherboard Support! Review

I connected a 750W 24-pin ATX power supply to a Dell Optiplex 9020 mini-tower computer whose motherboard uses an 8-pin connector to power the motherboard that power is supplied to all components of this PC. Perfect part! Thank you! (Had to remove the locking mechanism on the detachable side cover to make room for the longer PSU. I glued several layers of thin self-adhesive rubber to the top of the cover to use friction to hold it in place. Works great!)

My only complaint is that it's advertised as 2 but you only get one. Which only really burned out 6 months later when my son wanted to upgrade his Dell after I did mine. The build is otherwise solid, but a smaller build could do wonders, adding 11 inches to an already long power cord is just too much. But beggars cannot vote.

Even though it doesn't work for my Inspiron 3670 I hooked it up to my multimeter and ran a 500w EVGA power supply over it. The voltages are the same as the OEM power supply. I installed it on my inspiron and the computer boots up fine.

We had a power supply failure on our Inspiron 3670 and of course we couldn't find a Dell compatible power supply nearby. We bought this adapter and a new power supply for early delivery from Revain and by 10am the computer was up and running. The adapter worked as advertised.

This molex connector that fits onto the motherboard has such tight tolerances that the connector can be inserted upside down. That shouldn't even be possible with a Molex connector, so I didn't even think it needed to be considered when assembling. My motherboard burned out and the system was destroyed. I hope you can ask for help through the supplier, otherwise my computer is garbage.
