The 24-pin motherboard power extension cord has a male and a female 24-pin ATX connector, thereby extending the length of the ATX power connection. This 24-pin CPU extension cable extends the power connector from the ATX power supply to the motherboard power connection to reduce the stress when connecting computer chassis components.
