They fit perfectly, I bought the same size my 1.5 year old usually wears. They seem to work, he doesn't complain about the cold when we're out in the snow and his feet are dry when we come back. I put them on or take them off, it's not a big deal but it's quite annoying.

These are really cool boots and they did everything except after a few hours of snowfall the poop started bleeding and my son's feet got wet. I can't tell for sure if the boots soaked up water through the seams or if the snow just got under the pants and fell into the boot. Definitely we'll have alternate boots next time just in case.
