Although the packaging was damaged I hoped the product would be in good condition. Vain. Whenever I put it on, my eyes would get sleepy and close. There were no noticeable changes after 2 weeks of daily use. Just get enough sleep and eat healthy, it's way better than using this product.

I was under the impression that I bought the L'Oreal Paris Men Expert Hydra-Energetic, Anti-Fatigue Ice Cold Eye Roller with Vitamin C " & Caffeine" but got a Guarana & Vitamin C Eye Roller instead. . The metal roller feels pleasant and the product smells good. Feels great in the morning. I can't say anything about the effect of long-term use. The packaging of the product (not the packaging it came in) was shattered and looked a bit sad. In general, the purchase is satisfied

There was no seal in the box so I suspect at first that it might have been filled with something else. The fact that I can't see any taste, color or texture leads me to believe it was filled with water again. I have to say that after a few months I see no improvement at all.

I'm still not sure if I like this product or not. On the one hand, the metal ball cools the eyes. On the other hand, I have to roll it around my eyes several times to feel like there is enough product on my skin. Also, I'm not sure if it has any effect other than feeling chilly for a few minutes after applying it.

This item arrived earlier than expected. However, as sometimes happens, this was reported late. So I emailed them to let them know it had arrived and I haven't had any problems since.
