I love this eye cream! Moisturizes but is not greasy. It definitely moisturizes. I use it under my eyes and over my upper lip. Tried generics like Walgreens and Walmart knockoffs but NOT the same.

I've tried dozens of brands but this one seems to be the best for preventing eye fatigue. Great price for two packs. The order was very late like most things these days but it was worth the wait.
