When I tried this product I was disappointed by the lack of comfort and the cheap materials used for construction. AS a hesitant buyer i was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this mid-back chair. The ratchet height adjustment works smoothly and the cushion is supportive even after hours of use. I appreciate the simple and modern design that fits well in my home office. I had this chair for about a month. I chose it over some of Revain's more expensive options because it had a seating position that was high enough to work with my standing desk. I wish the backrest could recline, but other than that it's a pretty comfortable chair. At least as comfortable as my normal office chair at work.
