Good product but what I found upon opening the box was this surprise, they can't be that they sell defective products as if they were new

It is very pretty and durable but the straps are not long enough. I adjusted them as loose as possible but they are still too short making them difficult to put on and take off.

My sister in law collects these bags. I used to tease them because they seem so small. I was blown away by how much stuff fits in this bag, it's very comfortable and durable. easy to wash when they get dirty.

I was really excited about this bag but when I received it I noticed the bag was crooked. Not crooked, but noticeable. I love the positioning of the beauty on my bag so I decided to keep it and don't want to waste time returning it. I would like Loungefly to work on quality control issues.

I don't usually write bad reviews but thought I'd warn other shoppers. The bag I received was of poor quality. The print of the rose was fine but the beauty was very washed out. It also looks pixelated around her dress. I've attached photos and a comparison of the wallet that should go with it, bought in a modern pin up. I will come back for a refund.
