Lowepro Tahoe CS Lightweight Protective Review

Sturdy little case perfect for my Ricoh camera. It looks like a solid build and has room for a battery. I don't know exactly which cameras it fits, but it fits my Ricoh GR perfectly.

It is good quality like Lowepro. Make sure it fits your camera by measuring your camera and looking at the size description. This is definitely for a compact point and shoot camera. It won't fit on a point-and-shoot camera with pancake lenses if the pancakes were much smaller. Definitely suitable for a point and shoot camera with retractable lenses.

Over the years I have only used LOWEPRO cases for my numerous cameras. They are well constructed, light weight and have pockets etc for SD cards and similar items. The current Tahoe CS 20 bag is no different. It's small and securely holds a small but important camera (SONY RX-100M6). I am very happy with the purchase. As always, the service from Revain was excellent.

I was looking for a Lowepro Newport 30 for a small lume cube flash but found it discontinued so I bought this little case which according to the specs was about the same size. . When I received it, I noticed that the quality is not quite the same as the old model, the seams are a bit crumpled in one corner and not finished as nicely. It will do the job, but I would buy a lightly used Newport 30 off eBay if I had to rebuild it.

I bought this Lowepro camera bag to replace a very old Lowepro camera bag that has worked fine for years except the velcro has worn away. The new Lowepro case is good except that the strap is not adjustable in length. And the clip for attaching the strap to the ring on the case is very difficult to operate and will most likely break. I bought this bag for my Olympus TG-6. As expected, Lowepro quality case. The inside is well padded with soft material that protects the camera. The bag has a compartment for spare batteries and maps. The suitcase had a belt loop that could be worn around the waist. The reason I only give this product a 4/5 is that it has a shoulder strap. This bag fits my CC pocket radio perfectly. I tried CS 10 which was too small but CS 20 works. The VHF antenna cable is conveniently stored in the front zip pocket.
