I love how easy it is for me as an agency manager/marketer, not just my team members but myself too! The platform has been so intuitive that even new users can get up & running very quickly without having any prior knowledge of this program or its functionality (which makes onboarding super simple!). The ability for me as an affiliate marketer to see my performance, make adjustments where necessary, and then continue to track results is fantastic! I love that they have so much support available at all times of day/night if you need it. There are some minor glitches here and there but nothing major or hard to fix. We have been using loyal tribe since 2013 for our eCommerce client, that is helping us increase conversion rate from 2%-3%. Also helps clients build strong relationship through constant communication via emails which really help them grow as well! Nothing much disliked so far but we would like if they can include some paid features or plan subscription option where customers will be able pay once instead of doing it every month again (like other services).
