Excellent customer retention tools and unique perks

The ability for customers who are not yet loyal with us, or have been inactive in our program but still want rewards - they can be given entry into programs that we offer without having an account set up themselves! This is very helpful when you're trying out new products/services as it allows them access before committing fully so there's no risk of being disappointed by something once their committed (and potentially spend money). Simple yet effective site when paired

Easy set up, great rewards options! The only thing I wish they had was more frequent offers with higher incentives than points required for certain items that would be of benefit. Great program if you're looking at something like an airline membership or other travel programs but there are so many out their it can get confusing in terms of which one is actually better - but once again this gets back tot he basics - benefits vs ease/transaction speed (I hate running around sites where i have no…

Great Platform For Customer Engagement

We recently launched Loyalty Bay for our customers to receive points when they shop with us. We are able to track point redemption from the moment the customer makes a purchase. The customer interface is easy to navigate and has a lot of features. They are very responsive to any feedback given by our team.
