Holds 70% charge after 3 years? nope

Bought 8 batteries in January 2020. Tested them several times with the Opus Charger/Analyzer. Got at least nominal mAh values from them. Left them in the case unused until December 2020. Only one of them had no charge at all. All others were in the 70 mAh range. As such, their claims of low self-discharge seem more hype than reality. Having never used them I can't comment on how well they perform over time, just how they hold a load just sitting on a shelf. I try to rejuvenate them. with…

So far so good, from 4 stars. The AAA Ni-NH batteries that came with my 5 Panasonic phones started running out around the same time (6 years after purchase). They have it such that they only hold a charge for 15 minutes. UPDATE: 12/10/2019 Great batteries, they work well in my phones. The bottom of AAA batteries is not flat. They don't work in my charger and some devices.

These batteries are likely to work fine. They can even have the amazing 1000mAh they claim. But I'll never know as the base isn't really flat due to the wrapped label (see picture). Because of this simple construction detail, I have to fiddle with them to charge them in my charger (and even then they slipped out and stopped charging). Also, they just don't contact in the two devices I bought them for! I think I could peel off the label and get some dead metal batteries. Instead, I send them…
