Description of LRT Micro Rework Station Soldering

We have improved and upgraded the product so that it can be used normally without grounding. The temperature adjustment range is 100-500°C (212-932°F), °C/°F Convertible. The air volume can be adjusted, F1-F10. With power switch, there is no need to unplug the power plug. The use of long-life infrared heating elements and special temperature sensing devices, as well as microcomputer precision control of heat conduction technology, make the temperature control curve of the hot air gun meet the requirements of the SMT production process. Widely used for heat shrinking, drying, paint removal, unfreezing, preheating, rubber welding, desoldering of various components such as SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA. Comes with 6 pcs Soldering Assist Aid Repair Tool, 6 pcs air nozzles (Diameter=3/4/5/6/8/10mm), solder sucker pump, two anti-static tweezers (straight and elbow), anti-static brush, IC puller.

Poor quality welding and soldering

Seriously disappointed with the quality, I just opened it and set the temperature but gives an error meaning the heating element is broken.... Seriously ... what a waste and it takes effort to get it back now.

hands off it!

I was finally able to test this hot air station and it seemed promising at first. It comes with a lot of extras and I liked that the power supply is small and consistent. It comes with a nice cradle that automatically turns off when in use when holstered. So the hot air wand/gun worked fine for about 5 minutes. I turned it on and it heated up to the temperature set in it. It heats up quickly and has good air circulation. I started testing while sitting at various temperatures and airflows as…
