The spring loosened inside after the fifth opening below. It still expands and holds you, but now it doesn't close completely.

Very easy to use, very durable, the reason for 3 stars is that the plastic tab holding the nib broke and I me now can not close it

My son (13 years old) was sitting on it when it collapsed. It wasn't hurt but I bought it for my 82 year old mother for her gardening. I thought my son might have snapped it on wrong, but upon closer inspection I noticed that several of the plastic tabs had come loose. The idea is great but the quality is terrible.

When using this item for the first time, some hand and arm muscle coordination may be required, especially for women. Don't worry, consider this good practice. I'm in my 60's and this is my first time but after 5 successful tries it's very easy to open and twist. I love that you can also adjust the height so you can use the footrest while sitting in the chair. A very handy purchase for waiting outside in medical clinics during Covid or anywhere a chair is needed while waiting.

I bought this product as a birthday present for my elderly husband who has a hard time standing still. He has pain in his legs when he stands for a long time. We had some connectivity and latency issues with the telescope when we first used it. For some reason I thought it would be bigger and with a bigger seat. He can't get on and off without help. The idea is great; the product is not very good. I think to return.

I would prefer a simple cane and fabric folding stool to this one. It doesn't really offer a smaller or more portable body, and its many parts make it more cumbersome to use and more fragile. In my first try, I wouldn't recommend standing on it for long periods of time unless there was another option. Mine broke when I sat on it and cut the plant at knee level. I will replace it, but not with a similar product. be easy! This is a delicate product!
