It's smaller and shorter than I expected.
I bought this product as a birthday present for my elderly husband who has a hard time standing still. He has pain in his legs when he stands for a long time. We had some connectivity and latency issues with the telescope when we first used it. For some reason I thought it would be bigger and with a bigger seat. He can't get on and off without help. The idea is great; the product is not very good. I think to return.
