This product promises to uncomplicate your life, but it fails miserably. Through trial and error, I found that the app setup was frustratingly difficult to navigate. The device was finicky and unresponsive, making it a hassle to control my ceiling fan. The one redeeming quality? It looks decent. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product.

The first one came with broken plastic. The second came with no problems. I figured the decorative metal was supposed to be metal and not chrome plastic, but the unit looks nice when installed. Basically satisfied.

A bit difficult to assemble, so the cover is flush with the ceiling and at the same time the cover does not touch the rotating parts. But once it's there, it's worth it. Nice design, quiet operation and it moves the air well. The remote control is a bit unreliable from a distance, but once set up you can also turn it on and off using the power switch on the wall.
