Okay but there are better options for me

I read some reviews and tried different aftershave products. If you want a classic scent that has just been to the hairdresser (my wife loves it on me) I would recommend Clubman Pinaud. If you want a very lightweight spa-like aftershave that you can apply and then use cologne, Imperial Barber Grade Products Bergamot is a great choice. This sits right in the middle. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, but I either just use aftershave or add cologne and I think the other options are…

Soothing facial treatment

I appreciate classic accessories for wet shaving. I've always alternated between Pinaud Clubman and Fine aftershave products. I ran out of Fine this time and decided to try something I've never tried before in my shaving routine. Enter Lucky Tiger. Lucky Tiger is economical (less expensive than many other brands), has history, and classic looks in a brown bottle. Yes, the bottle is plastic, but most things are plastic these days. What's inside matters, and what's inside is a wet shave dream…

Soothing and pleasant!

I've been using an alcohol based aftershave for a year or two and I'm quite happy with it. That was until I tried this Lucky Tiger Aftershave. Lucky Tiger doesn't burn my skin at all. Instead, it soothes my skin very well and leaves it very hydrated. With the alcohol-based aftershave, I had to apply lotion to keep my skin from getting too dry, but Lucky Tiger doesn't have to. The smell is pleasant - citrus, maybe orange. However, this smell goes away within 10 or 15 minutes, which is another…

Buy it - it's an aftershave as it should be - buy it!

I always use conventional aftershave. The more toxic the burn the better, right? After reading a bit about aftershave lotions and what's good for the skin I decided to try some other methods/products - in short I chose Lucky Tiger - love it - because neither Face nor head doesn't burn, takes some getting used to, but Lucky Tiger feels so great on my head and face - it's soothing, cooling and feels healthy. The smell is a nice light citrus scent - it's not a cologne so don't expect it and…

Great aftershave - very soothing - NOT cologne

Lucky Tiger is one of the most soothing aftershaves I use. I often turn to this when I want an alcohol-free, menthol-free aftershave. I feel great once this goes on and my face feels great all day long. You can't beat this stuff! I also like to mix Lucky Tiger 50/50 with Osage Rub if I want something with alcohol and menthol. While not as sedative as pure Lucky Tiger, it still gets the job done perfectly. The scent is a very mild scent of orange oil (orange peel) that doesn't last long and…

Probably the most effective aftershave you can buy

I've been using this product for many years and I have to say it's the most effective aftershave I've ever tried. If I had to put a number I would say I've tried over 50 aftershave lotions from drugstore brands like Skin Bracer and Clubman to artisanal brands like Stirling, B&M, RazoRock, Fine, Chiseled Face etc. Everyone else I use all the time yet, except for these, they will always be handy. Most aftershave lotions cause some level of burning due to the alcohol content, some more than…

The best non-alcoholic aftershave and toner!

Use as an aftershave and daily toner. As an aftershave lotion, it soothes sensitive areas of the neck and face and prevents razor burn. Personally, I like that it doesn't contain alcohol, so there's no intense sting after application. As a daily facial toner, it protects the skin from drying out without clogging the pores. The aroma is a very light orange-citrus but not overpowering. The smell goes away after a few minutes, so if you want something designed to impress or offend the senses of…

Good stuff :) in After Shaves

I'm admittedly new to wet shaving. I'm 37 now and have been using an electric shaver since I was 16. In the end I decided to turn off the electricity and do what my father did. However, I don't have many products to compare that to. I can only compare to what I've never done before. When I went back to wet shaving a few decades later, I used a cheap razor and some Barbasol, that's all. But my face hurt. I used this yesterday and my face was pretty tender all day. I received Lucky Tiger in the…
