When joining two pieces together, there is too much tolerance between the two pieces, causing my 5" x 5" shelf to be too far ahead of me. I had to take a hammer and change the tolerance myself to keep the shelf from tipping forward. Otherwise they are solidly made.

The wire is flimsy but the description says it will hold 40 pounds. Just take a look. The screws tend to break if you don't drill deep enough. I used chipboard, it's pretty solid. I just had to make the holes deeper and that fixed the problem.

Good product but we had a heavy wood carving (20# or so) and the wire broke the first 2 times we tried. I ended up using 3 wires together and that helped. It would also be nice if they gave you instructions on the best way to tie the wire, but we figured it out.

It has become a very high quality and useful product. I ended up using parts of it for other projects than the first one. Very nice to have on hand. I bought a large divided plastic bin and put these pieces in along with other picture framing/hanging items I've bought.

Great hanging set! It comes with 1, 2 and 3 hole D-rings which are very strong and sturdy. I especially like this one because it has several twisted pieces of wire instead of one big roll that tends to get tangled. I only broke off 1 screw head but the rest is great
