Maybe it's subjective but I wanted the memory foam pillow to fit my neck/head but it's really uncomfortable. It feels hard and I wake up in pain so I stopped using it. This is probably a personal preference as I'm used to sleeping on softer down pillows.

Firm yet soft, this pillow helps keep your neck in the right position. If you suffer from neck pain or wake up with neck pain I would definitely consult your doctor and with his approval try this wonderful pillow. Well made and the cover can be removed for cleaning.

I have different pillows on the bed and this is a great addition, they have a great cooling edge and the thickness is perfect for me as a side sleeper. My only dislike for this type of pillow is that it doesn't look good in a traditional pillowcase. The shape is very clear and rigid, so the cover (which is larger) doesn't match the shape of the pillow. HOWEVER, this is a great pillow and it just can't be decorative. I love them and recommend them for a great zzzzzzz!

This pillow is not what I expected based on the title and other reviews. At $59.00, this is in the price range of typical pillows I buy at upscale department stores (I've bought a lot). Unfortunately, there is no cooling effect even on cool days.
