A little squishier than I like, but they are very comfortable. At first look they seem to be a big fluffy firm pillow, however your head will sink into the pillow and cradle your whole head. I tend to be a back and side sleeper, much more comfortable when I'm sleeping on my side, could be just a hair firmer for me personally when I sleep on my back. But decent product, well made, arrived clean and odorless; would more than likely purchase this brand again.

Purchased these pillows for my husband and I a few months ago and they are fantastic. They’ve retained their soft plushy feel, but have not flattened out completely. I love how these pillows are firm enough to support neck and head but not so firm that I can’t relax. Definitely recommend these for side sleepers and back sleepers.

Had high hopes but my whole family is disappointed in our new pillows (ordered pair of king and pair of standard size). Looked puffy enough an hour after unpacking. After 1 night, they are flat in the middle, no support. You have to constantly manipulate the stuffing to create a cushion. After searching for years I have found "the" pillow! My guests were the first to sleep on the two that I bought and they said they haven't slept like that forever. So after they were gone I tried one and it felt like the pillow had injected sleep medicine in the back of my neck. I slept amazing and woke up without a stiff neck! It holds your head firm but soft and I can't say enough good things about it! I will be ordering more.

These pillows look great, but they will not be serviceable long term. When I opened the zippered outer case, the cotton stuffing made it very difficult to reclose the zipper. How would one be able to wash such a pillow?

Bought 2 queen size of these. Standard cases just fit. Great support for sitting up to read, using both. Only sleep with one,and removed a little bit of the filling from that one to make it softer. Got a stiff neck before I removed a bit of filling. Perfect now. Much better than previous "My Pillows". I felt they were great but not big enough depth wise, and I'm a small person. Great price. These seem thick at first but the do settle. They are bigger than normal. Meaning a standard pillow case will be too small. Get the largest queen pillow case or a small king. Honestly these are great soft pillows and will definitely by more. Great price for a well made pillow. You won’t regret.

I went to stay with my mom who needed my help. She uses the memory foam pillows that are as hard as rocks so I jumped on line read some reviews and got these as other family members would be coming too to fill in for me. They are ok, not lofty (I didn't want a firm pillow, but something you might sink in to) at all in my opinion, but they worked in a pinch and will take my own pillow when I travel back to stay with her again.

I was looking for a replacement for an old feather pillow that is well past it's prime. I've tried many others but had never found one that was soft enough for me. Based on previous reviews I decided to take a chance on these, and am I glad that I did! These are the best pillows! So soft with perfect amount of support and yet perfect amount of give also. They are a perfect replacement for my old feather pillows.

These pillows are great so far. Very strong nice material and the pillows are soft but still firm enough that your head doesn’t just sink into them. The zipper is nice in case you want to remove or add stuffing, but I haven’t had the need to. Great buy for these pillows. They come in a nice bag all vacuume sealed too, so you don’t have to worry about them getting dirty in shipment.

The pillows feel great and all that. but for an "Antibacterial” pillow it came pretty much WITH bacteria.An unknown stain was on the pillow they need better quality control. I need to try and wash it now. :-/

Was expecting it to be firmer, but I actually love the firm to soft ratio. They definitely are more on the soft side, but I rarely feel neck pain anymore and they are super comfortable and great for the price.

Wish I could leave a negative star feedback. The description states Pillows are easy to care, machine washable yet they have a silver-strip boarder that runs around the pillows that immediately starts splitting/coming away from the pillows after one wash. Lay on one pillow and your head sinks straight through to the surface the pillow is resting on. My husband loved his! Unfortunately being used to another type of pillow I couldn't adjust even after taking some of the stuffing out. Cool option though.
