THINK BEFORE BUYING

4 BULBS PURCHASED 4 MONTHS AGO IN SEPTEMBER 2020. WORKING WELL BUT 1 STARTED FLASHING, REPLACED ANOTHER AFTER 2 DAYS. NOW ON THE FOURTH LIGHT FROM THE KIT. ORIGINAL HALOGEN LAMPS LASTED 15 YEARS, ONLY REPLACED TO SAVE ENERGY. GUESS IT DON'T WORK. DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO CONTACT MFG. BUT YOUR QUALITY CONTROL IS ABSENT. IF THIS LIGHT GOES SOUTH, BACK TO THE HALOGEN. IT'S GOOD I DIDN'T REPLACE THE CEILING FAN, ITS 12 FEET HEIGHT.

Flashed brightly then fell to almost no light

I was dying to save energy on my outdoor halogen spotlights. They are activated by a motion sensor, no dimmer, just on/off. These LED bulbs are installed with great precision and when the movement turned them on they were very bright - about 2 seconds. Then they went down until there was just enough light to see - not even that bright in the night light in my nursery. 10W produces less than 60W equivalent light

We used four 150WJ Type T3 halogen bulbs in our family room. So we used 600 watts per hour per hour to get 600 watts of light and I just decided to keep my electric bills down. This is the best lamp I could find on the market. So with these lights I was only using 40 watts per hour and was getting less than 240 watts of equivalent light. This has greatly reduced my hourly electricity bills despite getting less than half the light! I have now replaced those bulbs and reverted to the old 78mm…
