I bought this for my scarves and found it difficult to use; Whenever I take off a scarf or try to put it on, it feels like a constant balancing act to keep other scarves from falling off. Maybe I'm not coordinated :o Anyway I'll leave it and plan to add something to the steps to make them that slippery.

Scarves keep falling down because the poles are straight and nothing is holding it in the end. I keep it in my closet and whenever I bring clothes near and touch this hanging scarf holder, the scarves come loose too. Generally not very well designed. It's uncomfortable.

Other reviewers have noticed that scarves slide off smooth poles, so I taped velvet ribbon to the ends of the poles to keep my scarves from slipping. The only thing I don't like about the scarf holder is the awkward curve. It's not curved enough to prevent scarves from touching, but too curved to fit nicely in a closet. I would prefer the holder to be angled rather than curved.

I liked the idea and all the reviews were great (!), but in practice this scarf organizing system is extremely disappointing. Not only is it difficult to see the scarves you're hanging on the other side of the hanger, it's almost impossible to hang scarves on one side without the scarves hanging on the opposite side slipping off. This is the most thoughtless design ever! I never write product reviews but after purchasing and using this product I felt so stupid that I felt compelled to write a review so that no one else will be disappointed in their purchase of this product.
