Pumps about 3 feet to a small waterfall in the garden pond. Does not pump large amounts of water very quickly. It's like a trickle. I should have bought something stronger but figured that at 400 gallons per hour it would actually move water. It is not

The product arrived in a loosely sealed plastic bag. Small pieces of plastic have broken off the case. Installed, connected, it seems to work. Since I don't have a backup pump, I'll use it while it's running.

Good quiet pump. However, the claimed 400 gallons per hour is not reached. The measurement when filling a 2 gallon bucket appears to be around 250 gallons per hour. This is a new setup and the front setting is set for maximum flow. There's a small waterfall in the pond, so I keep it to myself.

This pump worked great for about a month before we had problems with it and now it doesn't work at all. We tried various ways to fix it like plugging it into a different outlet and unplugging it for days with no water nearby but nothing worked and now we don't have a pump. I have never had a pump stop working after 1 month. WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN!

This is my third little pump I've bought to power my fountains. For the money you can't go wrong. They are strong, quiet and keep running. I run it 24/7 and my first one has been up and running for a few months now. I bought an expensive one the first time around (I figured more money = better quality) and I didn't want to mess with them. It lasted a year. Since I can buy 4 of these for the same price I think I have the edge. I dip them in a mesh bag to keep debris out of the motor.
